Ah ha! Finally I found out who are the two conductors. One in his 30s one in his 70s.

I don't understand why is there a fight between the players because of the conductor? To me, it is like watching a fight between eating laksa or curry mee. Some more fight until press release. Well since I don't understand the drama? Can anybody explain it please?
